For vaccines..your vet will administer the appropriate ones. If your puppy is a puppy, she’ll be viewing the vet 3 times in the very first year. Your vet will also prescribe the acceptable amount of heartworm medication. In my place, it is only needed six months out of the 12 months.
As for flea prevention, I’ve in no way used it & not ever will. In 20 a long time of owning dogs, I’ve pulled three ticks off. Even men & women who use flea prevention nonetheless pull ticks off from time into time. That things is poison.

Heart worm every month, flea prevention every month that it is warm enough for fleas. As for vaccinations, definitely a rabies either once a year or once every three years depending on the laws where you are and what your vet has. The other vaccinations.. well.. some will tell you to get them all every year. Others will tell you we are over vaccinating our pets and not to get them all every year… I’m kind of in the middle, for instance, I don’t get them the Bordetella vaccine (kennel cough) because I don’t board them, but if I were going to board them, I would get them vaccinated for it.

Find a vet. Make an appointment, keep all your papers together from every vet visit. Your vet will tell you what you need and how often as far as shots go (every vet i have ever had sent me a post card when shots were comming up).
Monthly you will be giving flea and tick treatment along with heartworm treatment.
Usually they need boosters in the beginning if you dont have any shot records or if its a puppy, and those are weeks or months apart. Then you just get everything boosted yearly. As far as shots go.

You need to first take your puppy to the vet at about the age of 6 months for rabies,worms,parvo,and everything your vet recommends.Then every year they will send you vet cards for when you need to call and make a appointment for your vaccinations.
